Founder & Director
Property transfers, conveyancing and estate administration
Jo-Anne Cogan founded the firm in 2006. Jo-Anne has more than 25 years’ legal experience on the KwaZulu-Natal North Coast and focuses on conveyancing and the administration of estates.
Jo-Anne heads the firm’s property and conveyancing work.
Director
Debt review and the National Credit Act
Ashleigh Cranke obtained an LL.B degree from the University of KwaZulu-Natal in 2012 and served articles at a debt counselling firm in Umhlanga.
Ashleigh joined the firm in 2016 and brings a background in civil litigation. Ashleigh heads the firm’s debt review work and focuses on matters under the National Credit Act and other consumer-related matters.

Estate administration and debt review
Nonhlanhla Mnguni obtained an LL.B degree from the University of Zululand in 2016 and completed articles at Sham and Meer Attorneys, going on to practise there as an admitted attorney.
Nonhlanhla joined the firm in 2017 and focuses on the administration of estates and debt review matters.
